Social media

All your social
in one place

Connect your practice's own Facebook Page, Instagram account and messaging channels to your Heedly dashboard. See how your posts are performing, reply to comments and answer client messages, all from the same place you manage your website.

What your practice can do

Your team connects the accounts the practice already owns. Everything below then happens inside your own dashboard, with your own information.

See what is working

Followers, likes, shares, saves and comments for your own accounts, tracked day by day so you can see growth over time instead of a single snapshot.

One library of posts

Every post you have published, with its cover image and its numbers side by side, so you can compare a Facebook post and a Reel without opening two apps.

Reply to comments

Comments left on your posts arrive in your dashboard, where your team can read them and reply publicly without logging into each network.

One inbox for messages

Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, WhatsApp and the chat on your website all land in a single inbox, so nothing is missed on a quiet channel.

Kept up to date daily

Your posts, numbers and comments refresh automatically every day, and you can trigger a refresh yourself whenever you want the latest figures.

You stay in control

You choose which accounts to connect and you can disconnect any of them at any time, which removes the stored access straight away.

Networks you can connect

Connect only the accounts your practice actually uses. The rest simply stay switched off.

Posts and performance

Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch.

Client conversations

Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, WhatsApp, Telegram and the live chat on your own website.

How it works

1

Connect the account

Someone who already manages the practice's Page or profile signs in on the network itself and approves the connection.

2

We bring it in

Your published posts, their results and the comments on them appear in your dashboard, and refresh every day.

3

Your team works

Reception replies to comments and messages, and the practice owner sees what is growing, from one screen.

Your data

What we use, and what we never do

We only handle information from the accounts your practice chooses to connect, and we only use it to run the features on this page.

What we read

The name of the account you connected, the posts you have published and how they performed, the comments people leave on those posts, and the messages clients send to the practice.

What we write

Only what your team types: a public reply to a comment on your own post, or a reply to a client who messaged the practice first.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, share it with other practices or use it for advertising, and we never send unsolicited messages. Each practice sees only its own accounts.

Leaving is simple

Disconnect an account in your dashboard and the stored access is removed. You can also remove our access from the network's own settings. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

FAQs

Questions before you connect

No. You sign in on the network's own site and approve the connection there, so your password never reaches us.

No. We work with the practice's business Page or account, its posts and the people who contact it. Personal profiles and friend lists are not part of it.

No. Nothing is published or sent unless a member of your team writes it and sends it.

Only the people you have given access to your practice dashboard. Other practices on the platform cannot see your accounts or your conversations.

The connection is removed and we stop reading anything new from that account. Your website and the rest of your dashboard carry on as normal.

Want to see it running?

We will walk you through your own accounts and show you exactly what your team would see.
